Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until the order leaves the warehouse. Orders placed before 14:00 ship the same business day, so write to us as soon as possible.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes, our showroom is at Demovej 1, 2100 København Ø, open Monday–Friday 10–18 and Saturday 10–15.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders worldwide.
How long does delivery take?
1–3 business days in Denmark, 3–6 in the rest of the EU. See Shipping & delivery for all destinations.
Returns
What is your return policy?
30 days for unused items, free returns within Denmark. Sale items: 14 days. See Returns & refunds.
Products
Is the merino wool itchy?
No. We use 17.5-micron extra-fine merino, which is soft enough to wear directly on the skin.
Are the rain jackets fully waterproof?
The Fjord Rain Jacket has a 10,000 mm waterproof rating and fully taped seams, which keeps you dry in heavy rain for several hours. The Harbour Windbreaker is water-repellent, not waterproof.
Which size should I choose?
Our clothes have a regular Scandinavian fit. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one for outerwear and the smaller one for knitwear. See the Size guide.
Are your products vegan?
Products made from cotton, recycled polyester, canvas and stoneware are vegan. Wool, down and leather products are not.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery. This is a demo store: nothing is ever charged or shipped.
