30-day returns
You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns from Denmark are free; from other countries the return shipping is paid by the customer.
How to return an item
- Write to hello@woo-demo.coec.dk with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We send you a return label (Denmark) or our return address.
- Pack the items in the original packaging and drop the parcel at a parcel shop.
Refunds
We refund to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return arrives at our warehouse.
Exchanges
Need another size or colour? Mention it in your return e-mail and we ship the replacement as soon as the return is scanned by the carrier, at no extra cost.
Exceptions
- Socks and opened candles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
- Digital music downloads cannot be returned once downloaded.
- Sale items can be returned within 14 days.
Warranty and repairs
All products have a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults. We repair zips, seams and soles for free within those two years.
